No, I used Photoshop xD I meant, Illustrator is too complicated for me. I used it once for stairs for a wallpaper but not for a vector.

Oh you're right, why did I think it was Photoshop? Maybe because this vector http://www.animepaper.net/wallpapers/latest/entry1217/ had such irregular lines? Making vectors with PS is much harder and the lines turn out irregular. But I like that look more than the regular lines with Illustrator. Well I was wrong xD I did use Illustrator once, but I just don't get this program, it's too much for me. Even though it's made by Adobe, it's different from Photoshop in some functions. Which confuses me ><
Err I'm sorry, I can't recommend a GT. I bought mine at eBay for about 70â?¬. It's a Medion one and really bad. The pencil has a loose contact and draws shaky. I googled Wacom tablets and it seems they are very expensive (at least the A4-version, and there's no point in buying A6 or A5) so I guess the quality must be quite good. But I don't know if it's true. I remember my friend talking about it but he didn't buy it though. But you should buy one, it helps a lot.

Ah I'm also learning english, it's not my native language either. But reading and writing in english communities helped me a lot. now i have no problems with the tests in class. hmm, i heard in Sweden you learn the language in the first class, don't you? well that was what they told me when I was in Sweden. It's a pretty country, by the way =D
