In the LAYOUT section, search for "Sidebar Layout"
then replace the rule similiar to the below ones..
#sidebar {
position:absolute;
top: 284px !important; top: 274px; right: 0;
width: 220px;
margin-top: 2em; margin-left: 1px;
padding-right: 5px;
}
I change the 2 top value to bring it down. The latter top is for IE only.
